About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist for AdTech Search Optimization to join HelloFresh's HelloTech organization in Warsaw. This role focuses on maximizing the performance of Search channels to increase return on investment for the marketing budget.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate as part of a skilled team of data scientists and engineers
- →Work with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into data-driven strategies
- →Deliver and execute scientific optimization models and algorithms
- →Experiment and explore opportunities to improve technical approaches
- →Leverage statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms to enhance incrementality measurement solutions
- →Develop new ways to improve data products delivered to stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Proven track record of scientific work in a relevant field (Bachelors, Masters or PhD)
- ✓Long-term (3+ yrs) work experience as a data scientist, preferably in e-commerce
- ✓Strong marketing domain knowledge and experience with Google Search ecosystem
- ✓In-depth knowledge of interpreting experiment results and applying statistical models
- ✓Experience with forecasting algorithms and portfolio optimization approaches
- ✓Fluency and long-term experience in Python and its scientific stack
- ✓Ability to retrieve, manipulate and analyze large datasets and build data pipelines
- ✓Familiarity with software development practices and tools
- ✓Exceptional communication and collaboration capabilities
