About the Role
We are looking for a commercially savvy, data-driven Finance & BI Analyst to join our UK and Ireland finance team. This role is the engine behind our finance transformation, leveraging technical expertise to turn raw data into strategic insights that drive executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate timely and reliable weekly performance reporting & insights for the UK Management Board
- →Identify inefficiencies in financial workflows and lead initiatives to streamline/automate manual processes
- →Support the Month End accounting process, ensuring accuracy in management reporting
- →Interpret complex data sources to produce meaningful business insights
- →Act as a bridge between Finance and Tech/Data teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications
- →Work with stakeholders to generate reliable forecasts and ideate on new data assets
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience working with large data sets and complex models
- ✓Experience in an analytical field, preferably within physical product-based businesses
- ✓Track record of designing, developing and maintaining financial data sets/models using SQL
- ✓Experience developing advanced analytics and presenting financial data to non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Continuous improvement mindset focused on improving financial or operational performance through data
- ✓Strong financial literacy and interest in business performance
