About the Role

We are looking for a Transformation and Special Operations Manager to join our team at HelloFresh. This role is responsible for driving understanding of and solutions for our most exciting opportunities and pressing problems, including growth projects and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop, refine, and execute operationally strategic initiatives
→Employ strong data-driven decision-making skills
→Translate vague or complex ideas into tangible and strategic plans
→Create accurate and clear business cases for senior management
→Identify hurdles and bottlenecks, applying creative problem-solving skills
→Oversee operational projects from initiation to completion
→Clearly articulate strategies, decisions, and reasoning to stakeholders
→Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with projects
→Demonstrate accuracy in estimating project timelines and resource requirements
