About the Role

We are looking for a UX Localization Specialist to join HelloFresh's HelloTech organization in Warsaw. This role involves optimizing how digital products are adapted for international markets, ensuring a native digital experience for users across 16 countries and six brands.

Key Responsibilities

→Refine UX Localization strategy by collaborating with the Head of Content Design & Localization
→Manage the end-to-end localization process for UX content
→Build AI-enabled localization workflows with machine translation integration and automated QA checks
→Provide technical guidance to product managers, engineers, and designers
→Act as the primary point of contact for external translation vendors
→Conduct regular audits of localization workflows to improve efficiency
→Establish rigorous testing systems for linguistic accuracy
→Share localization best practices across HelloTech

Requirements

✓Extensive experience leading localization programs for high-growth consumer products
✓Strong project management skills with experience using Jira and localization tools
✓Proven experience managing professional service delivery from translators and agencies
✓Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and optimize complex localization processes
✓Deep understanding of cultural adaptation and internationalization best practices
✓Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; fluency in English is mandatory
