About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to define and lead the vision for HelloFresh's Benefit Optimization platform. This role focuses on using intelligent technology to deliver the right benefit to the right customer at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the vision and roadmap for benefit optimization across the entire customer lifecycle
- →Scale decision making on benefits across all markets and touchpoints
- →Partner with data science to build ML models that predict what customers value
- →Define success metrics that balance customer outcomes with business goals
- →Drive cross-functional alignment across Tribes and Alliances
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of PM experience with a proven track record of architecting and scaling personalization engines
- ✓Deep ability to partner with Data Science and ML Engineering teams
- ✓Sophisticated understanding of subscription economics
- ✓Strong communication and problem-solving skills
