About the Role
We are looking for an Operation Manager to join Hello Fresh in Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on optimizing productivity, promoting growth, and ensuring the efficient delivery of customer orders in a hyper-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide cross-functional leadership to optimize productivity and promote growth
- →Drive and continuously improve day-to-day operations
- →Manage dynamic and cross-functional teams to assess daily operations
- →Ensure adherence to OSHA, GMP, SQF, food safety, and facility compliance
- →Coordinate product flow to drive efficient processes
- →Ensure continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and delivery
- →Drive a customer-first environment focused on delivering high-quality products
- →Analyze shift performance to identify operational opportunities
- →Partner with Production Planning team to execute production plans
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of operations management experience within manufacturing or production plant
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree required; High school diploma or GED required
- ✓Proven success with managing 150-200+ employees in a hyper-growth organization
- ✓Comprehensive background in production, assembly, pick/pack, shipping, receiving
- ✓Inventory control management with a background in building/improving warehouse management or inventory tracking systems
- ✓Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing advocate with efficient people & project management skills
- ✓Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
