About the Role
We are seeking a Test Manager to support a strategic transformation programme for RSA Insurance Group Plc. This role requires strong delivery test management expertise across Finance and Actuarial programmes, with responsibility for leading end-to-end testing across policy and claims administration platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and lead the overall test strategy, planning and scheduling across multiple releases within the transformation programme.
- →Manage system integration testing, data validation, user acceptance testing, regression testing and operational acceptance testing across policy and claims administration platforms and related financial systems.
- →Collaborate with Actuarial, Finance, Data Governance and IT teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage aligned with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- →Engage and manage stakeholders across cross-functional teams including IFRS17, Actuarial, Regulatory and Statutory Reporting functions.
- →Ensure adherence to non-functional requirements including performance, financial controls and service assurance standards.
- →Support go-live readiness through detailed cutover planning and post-implementation validation to maintain operational stability.
- →Oversee quality assurance governance across finance, actuarial and regulatory transformation initiatives.
- →Ensure alignment with change management, release planning and governance frameworks within regulated environments.
