$115,000 - $156,000 /year
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead OSRC support for flight test operations at deployed locations and remote test sites
- →Oversee safety and compliance activities for system-level and component testing programs
- →Provide operational safety oversight for test facilities, including the HEAT facility in Jacksonville
- →Manage and provide leadership to OSRC specialists and deployed operations technicians
- →Identify operational and environmental risks and implement mitigation strategies
- →Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements
- →Support development and implementation of safety procedures and risk management practices
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field
- ✓7+ years of experience in environmental health and safety or regulatory compliance
- ✓Experience supporting complex test operations such as engine testing or flight test activities
- ✓Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance, and hazardous waste management
- ✓Experience managing or leading technical teams
- ✓Ability to travel up to 33% to support deployed testing operations
