About the Role
We are looking for experienced technical writers to join Hevo and help create clear, user-oriented documentation. This role requires working independently and as part of a product team to scale documentation alongside product functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- →Organize and present technical information clearly and logically
- →Produce review-free content for new and enhanced features
- →Update legacy content as product functionality evolves
- →Create FAQ and troubleshooting content
- →Incorporate user feedback into documentation
- →Perform UI design and message text reviews
- →Mentor and review new team members
- →Assist with non-release-related projects
Requirements
- ✓4-7 years of experience as a technical writer
- ✓Detail-oriented with excellent planning skills
- ✓User-focused approach to documentation
- ✓Curious and thorough in exploring product details
- ✓Strong team player capable of collaborating with stakeholders
- ✓Experience writing about data, its forms, and replication
- ✓Experience with Git, Confluence, SnagIt, HTML, Markdown
- ✓Knowledge of database and ETL concepts, iPaas, and SaaS applications
- ✓Familiarity with SQL
- ✓Experience creating diagrams and visual aids with LucidChart, Canva, and SnagIT
- ✓Experience working with Agile methodology and project management
