About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager within the Payment team to help build and improve Lalamove's payment experience. This role involves setting OKRs and prioritizing product ideas to support the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Understand and create business strategy and direction using data and research
- →Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements and wireframes
- →Work closely with product team members and internal stakeholders
- →Break down key projects and prioritize features to maximize ROI
- →Communicate clearly to product and leadership on plans, data, and results
- →Build creative and cost-effective solutions with platform and cross-functional teams
- →Drive full-stack product development with engineers, designers, and data scientists
Requirements
- ✓BA/BS in a technical or business field such as computer science or management/economics with technical know-how
- ✓3+ years of product management/development experience with payment or payment-related products
- ✓Proven ability to bring simplicity and measurable results to complex situations
- ✓Entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative environment
- ✓Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- ✓Strong analytical thinking
- ✓Willingness to take on challenging tasks
- ✓Fluency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is necessary
