About the Role
Hevo is seeking an SEO Manager to drive organic growth across SEO, AIO, and GEO for a B2B SaaS platform. This role focuses on creating strategies that generate pipeline and revenue, not just rankings.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end SEO strategy including technical, on-page, content, and authority building
- →Build and execute SEO programs focused on demand capture and pipeline creation
- →Optimize Hevo’s presence across AI-powered search experiences
- →Partner with Content and Product Marketing to create search-led narratives
- →Drive high-intent keyword and page strategies
- →Collaborate with Product and Engineering on technical SEO
- →Build SEO dashboards connecting rankings to revenue
- →Experiment with new formats, schema, and AI-assisted content workflows
Requirements
- ✓5–7 years of SEO experience in B2B SaaS or high-consideration technology products
- ✓Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue from organic channels
- ✓Strong understanding of modern SEO, including AIO, GEO, and zero-click search
- ✓Hands-on experience with SEO tools like GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush
- ✓Ability to translate complex technical products into search-friendly content strategies
- ✓Comfort partnering cross-functionally with multiple teams
- ✓High ownership mindset with strong analytical thinking and execution skills
