About the Role
We are looking for a Clinical Studio Manager to oversee daily operations at our ear piercing studio. This role combines clinical piercing expertise with retail management to ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining safety standards and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Perform professional ear piercing services while ensuring customer safety and comfort
- →Create a warm, welcoming, and celebratory atmosphere for all customers
- →Lead, coach, and develop a team of studio staff including Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates
- →Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with health regulations
- →Drive sales and profitability by meeting or exceeding individual and studio targets
- →Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe studio environment at all times
- →Recruit, train, and onboard new staff members
- →Prepare performance reports and manage studio budgets and expenses
- →Engage with the local community to build brand awareness and drive traffic
Requirements
- ✓Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- ✓3-5 years of retail management experience in a service-oriented environment
- ✓Proven leadership skills with ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams
- ✓Customer-obsessed mindset with passion for creating memorable experiences
- ✓Track record of driving sales and optimizing store profitability
- ✓Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ✓Comfortable using technology, software systems, and POS
- ✓Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts
