About the Role

We are looking for a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations at our ear piercing studio location. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, leading a team, driving sales, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

→Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and deliver celebratory customer service
→Lead, coach, and develop a team of studio staff including Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates
→Drive sales and profitability by meeting or exceeding individual and studio targets
→Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with health and safety regulations
→Schedule staff, manage payroll, and handle staffing issues as they arise
→Train and onboard new staff members on procedures, safety protocols, and product knowledge
→Prepare and submit reports on studio performance, budgets, and financial targets
→Engage with the local community to drive brand awareness and appointments

Requirements

✓3-5 years of proven experience in retail management, preferably in a service-oriented environment
✓Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team
✓Customer-obsessed with passion for creating memorable experiences
✓Track record of driving sales and optimizing store profitability
✓Excellent customer service and communication skills
✓Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
✓Comfortable using technology, software systems, and POS
✓Deep understanding of retail operations including inventory management
✓Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✓Proficient in Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Sheets, Documents)
✓Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts
