About the Role
The Strategic Finance Analyst will serve as a key thought partner to FP&A and business leadership at Neon One, supporting forecast development, conducting deep-dive analysis, and collaborating with Data Analytics professionals to deliver dashboards and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- →Perform payments and transactional revenue reconciliations
- →Monitor revenue and payment trends, investigate anomalies, and provide insights
- →Provide proactive guidance on business impacts
- →Analyze new initiatives with ROI modeling
- →Refine and enhance dashboard efficiency
- →Identify data integrity issues
- →Conduct KPI reporting and ad hoc data analysis
- →Collaborate with Accounting, Sales, Product, Engineering, and RevOps
Requirements
- ✓Experience analyzing large data sets
- ✓3+ years of experience in an analyst role
- ✓Financial modeling experience with stakeholder communication
- ✓Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
- ✓Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- ✓Working knowledge of payment methods and processes
- ✓SQL knowledge for data mining
