About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team at Hims & Hers. You will be the dedicated People partner for our Product and Creative departments, working closely with Directors and Sr. Directors to ensure their teams are aligned, high-performing, and set up to deliver on our ambitious product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Product and Creative leaders to refine roles and responsibilities within the "Triangle of Execution."
- →Advise frontline managers and Directors on performance management, career development, and team dynamics.
- →Drive the execution of our performance culture, including leading the semi-annual review process.
- →Assist leaders in planning their team structures and headcount needs.
- →Independently analyze and resolve complex employee relations matters or organizational bottlenecks.
- →Act as the "go-to" person for all things People-related within your assigned functions.
- →Influence diverse audiences to adopt best practices in talent management and organizational health.
- →Partner with other HRBPs and the Recruiting team to ensure a seamless end-to-end talent experience.
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally with experience supporting fast-paced tech or creative organizations.
- ✓Ability to solve problems of a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- ✓Solid understanding of HR principles and practices (compensation, performance, employment law, and org design).
- ✓Strong ability to persuade others and adapt your style to meet the needs of different functional stakeholders.
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
