About the Role
Hippocratic AI is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead high-stakes leadership searches across the organization. This senior role will identify, engage, assess, and close exceptional executives across GTM, engineering, AI/ML, product, clinical, operations, and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own executive searches across the company, partnering with senior leaders to define roles and land exceptional leaders
- →Identify and attract C-suite and senior leadership talent through research, referrals, and personal networks
- →Run searches end-to-end, from market mapping through interviews, references, negotiation, and close
- →Develop talent maps across healthcare, AI, and enterprise technology ecosystems
- →Partner closely with the CEO and executive team on critical leadership hires
- →Assess executive talent with rigor, conducting structured interviews and reference strategies
- →Advise hiring leaders on executive talent landscape, including compensation expectations and competitive trends
- →Build long-term relationships with senior executives
- →Deliver a high-touch candidate experience
Requirements
- ✓15+ years of recruiting experience with focus on executive search
- ✓Experience in retained executive search, in-house recruiting, or both
- ✓Demonstrated success placing C-suite executives in healthcare, digital health, AI, or regulated industries
- ✓Proven experience building leadership teams for venture-backed startups
- ✓Breadth of executive search experience across commercial, engineering, AI/ML, product, clinical, operations, and corporate roles
- ✓Strong network of healthcare and technology C-suite leaders
- ✓Experience partnering with founders, CEOs, or executive leadership teams
- ✓Ability to own executive searches end-to-end
- ✓Exceptional judgment, discretion, and executive communication skills
- ✓Alignment with a mission-driven organization focused on improving healthcare
