About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Account Executive to manage and close inbound opportunities for a fast-growing private label cosmetics manufacturer. This is a high-conversion, consultative sales role focused exclusively on warm leads generated weekly.

Key Responsibilities

→Qualify inbound inquiries and prioritize high-value opportunities
→Lead structured discovery calls to define scope, budget, MOQs, and timelines
→Educate prospects on manufacturing capabilities, formulation options, and pricing models
→Manage a 2–4 week consultative sales cycle with proactive follow-up
→Collaborate with R&D and production teams to confirm feasibility and capacity
→Secure signed agreements and collect initial deposits
→Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting, and forecast visibility

Requirements

✓3+ years of B2B closing experience in cosmetics, private label manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or technical product sales
✓Proven success managing warm/inbound leads through a structured consultative sales process
✓Strong ability to explain technical processes clearly via video calls
✓Demonstrated ownership of full-cycle sales from qualification to close
✓Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
✓Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have experience working with US or UK-based companies.
