Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Manager with a strong SaaS background and deep understanding of AI-powered products to build and scale predictable, data-driven pipeline growth. This role owns the strategy and execution of multi-channel demand programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue for a B2B SaaS business leveraging AI capabilities. The ideal candidate blends analytical rigor with creative experimentation and understands how to position and scale demand for technically sophisticated, AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies aligned to revenue goals, ICPs, and SaaS buyer journeys
- Own end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization across paid search, paid social, email, content syndication, webinars, virtual events, and select in-person events
- Translate complex SaaS and AI value propositions into high-performing, conversion-focused campaigns in partnership with Content and Product Marketing
- Collaborate closely with Sales and RevOps to define ICPs, manage lead lifecycle stages, and improve MQL-to-SQL and pipeline conversion rates
- Build and manage campaign calendars, budgets, forecasts, and quarterly pipeline targets
- Analyze performance using full-funnel metrics (CAC, CPL, MQL, SQL, pipeline, revenue, ROI) and deliver clear, actionable insights
- Run continuous experimentation and A/B testing across channels, messaging, and AI-driven use cases to improve efficiency and scale
- Manage external vendors and agencies supporting paid media, content syndication, and campaign execution
- Ensure data integrity, consistent attribution, and reliable reporting across marketing and revenue systems
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing within a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of AI-powered products, including how AI capabilities influence buyer behavior, messaging, targeting, and campaign performanceAI capabiliti
- Demonstrated track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue through multi-channel demand programs
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, build reports, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent project management skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps
- Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies. Candidates without this background will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving demand for AI-first or AI-enabled SaaS products
- Experience scaling demand generation in high-growth or Series B+ SaaS environments
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools
- Experience managing significant paid media budgets and external agencies
- Exposure to international demand generation campaigns
- Experience partnering closely with RevOps on advanced attribution, forecasting, or pipeline modeling
