About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and coachable Sales Development Representative to support our growing SaaS-focused sales team in the cybersecurity and AI space. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who will handle inbound leads and qualify prospects.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage inbound leads from demo requests, trials, webinars, and marketing campaigns
→Qualify prospects based on ICP criteria including company size, use case, budget, and decision-making authority
→Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
→Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline hygiene within the CRM
→Conduct timely follow-up with inbound prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
→Clearly articulate the company’s SaaS, cybersecurity, or AI value proposition
→Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize conversion rates and lead quality

Requirements

✓1+ year of experience in a sales development, BDR, inside sales, or customer-facing role within B2B environments
✓Prior remote work experience is mandatory, with demonstrated fluency using collaboration tools
✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
✓Experience using a CRM platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
✓Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup
