About the Role

We are hiring a Solutions Engineer to lead enterprise customers through technical discovery, solution architecture, and proof-of-value execution across AI and unstructured data environments. This role bridges Sales, Product, and Engineering, ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes from initial engagement through early production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

→Conduct deep technical discovery and align AI/data initiatives with business objectives
→Architect scalable solutions across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments
→Deliver customized demos, workshops, and executive briefings
→Lead end-to-end POV deployments, including installation, configuration, and validation
→Troubleshoot performance, integration, and security issues during rollout
→Drive production adoption through documentation, enablement, and expansion planning
→Serve as the technical liaison between customers and internal Product/Engineering teams

Requirements

✓5+ years in a customer-facing technical role within SaaS, infrastructure, or AI environments
✓Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including hybrid architecture design
✓Solid understanding of networking and security principles
✓Experience working with large-scale unstructured data systems and governance models
✓Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineers and executive stakeholders
✓Working knowledge of AI/ML workflows, data preparation, and compliance considerations
✓Prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies
