About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Video Specialist to focus on optimizing video content for social and digital marketing performance. This role blends creative execution with data-driven iteration, ensuring video assets support engagement, growth, and conversion goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create and edit video content optimized for social media and digital campaigns
- →Tailor video messaging, hooks, captions, and pacing to platform-specific best practices
- →Support marketing campaigns with video assets across paid and organic channels
- →Analyze video performance and recommend improvements based on data
- →Maintain consistency in visual quality, messaging, and brand standards
- →Collaborate with Marketing teams to align content with funnel objectives
Requirements
- ✓Hands-on experience creating and optimizing video content for social media and digital marketing
- ✓Strong understanding of video performance metrics and optimization techniques
- ✓Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered
- ✓Ability to balance creative execution with performance goals
- ✓Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
