About the Role
We are looking for an OTM Functional Expert to join Hitachi Digital Services, a global digital solutions and transformation business. This role focuses on leveraging Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) expertise to support clients in securely storing, managing, and modernizing their digital core.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide OTM functional expertise with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience and 2+ full-cycle OTM implementations.
- →Manage at least three projects as a Function/Solution Lead.
- →Interact with business users, gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, map requirements to OTM, and conduct solution design and application configuration.
- →Ensure successful delivery of OTM processes and manage stakeholders of customer organizations.
- →Provide inputs in solution design and present ideas and solutions clearly and concisely.
Requirements
- ✓Proven expertise in OTM with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience.
- ✓Experience in managing at least three projects as a Function/Solution Lead.
- ✓Relevant industry experience in 3PL/4PL or freight forwarding business.
- ✓Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.
- ✓Strong analytical skills and a team player.
- ✓Ability to act as a mentor to other team members and contribute to the growth of the practice.
