Digital Strategy and Planning
β’ Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing and content strategy informed by competitor benchmarking and industry insights.
β’ Identify and implement new digital initiatives to continually enhance online performance and engagement.
β’ Collaborate with European teams to align on digital priorities, campaign messaging, and brand standards.Website Support
β’ Support with UK website content, from regular updates and imagery to publishing new campaigns, insights, and solution offerings.
β’ Assisting with ongoing UX improvements, conversion optimisation, and regular site audits to enhance visitor journeys and increase organic traffic.
β’ Support the Senior Website Manager in implementing SEO strategies, managing on-page optimisation, and utilising analytics tools (Google Analytics) for performance tracking and reporting.Webinar Support
β’ Support with the full process for webinars, including scheduling, platform management, delegate registration, email communications and reporting.
β’ Collaborate with Marketing Managers to plan and promote webinars as part of wider campaign activity, ensuring alignment on messaging, speakers, and target audiences.
β’ Manage webinar platform setup, test sessions, and live delivery.
β’ Create all webinar promotional and follow-up content, including invites, social media posts, reminder and post-event emails.
β’ Track webinar performance and engagement metrics, providing reports to the Marketing Managers and wider team for campaign retrospectives.Social Media Management
β’ Develop and deliver engaging organic and paid social media campaigns supporting all areas of the business, optimising content for reach, engagement, and follower growth.
β’ Manage video content creation and editing for social platforms, generating fresh content ideas and managing some agency relationships.
β’ Develop YouTube content in collaboration with European colleagues.
β’ Lead and maintain an active social presence for senior leaders, building their personal brands and positioning them as industry thought leaders.External Communications & Email Marketing
β’ Support the Design Team in the creation and delivery of email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective marketing automation setup via ClickDimensions and alignment to best practice.
β’ Manage all external email communications including newsletters, event invitations, customer updates, win wires, and go-lives.
β’ Oversee audience and list management to ensure targeted campaigns.
β’ Analyse email performance, report on key metrics, and deliver actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.Content & Case Study Management
β’ Support Marketing Managers with the creation, management, and promotion of all UK case studies (written and video) for both external marketing use and internal knowledge sharing via the Solution Centre.Key Performance Indicators
