About the Role
The Project Assurance Consultant will ensure projects adhere to Hitachi's best practices and governance policies. This role involves providing oversight for the entire project portfolio and supporting project management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure projects follow Hitachi best practices and governance policies
- →Contribute to one or more projects based on size and complexity
- →Follow all internal controls and processes
- →Prepare and distribute project reports according to schedule
- →Develop and maintain project management standards and guidelines
- →Support project teams in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets
- →Facilitate structured delivery models and phases
- →Interpret tasks, dependencies, and milestones from Microsoft Project plans
- →Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Directors
- →Track project progress and report to stakeholders
- →Provide direction on best practices and methodology
- →Monitor project development and manage risks
- →Support quarterly QA Review Questionnaires
Requirements
- ✓Experience in project assurance and governance
- ✓Knowledge of Hitachi Consensus methodology
- ✓Proficiency with Microsoft Project
- ✓Strong understanding of financial reporting
- ✓Ability to manage risks and dependencies
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation skills
- ✓Experience with QA processes and methodologies
