We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our Hitachi Solutions team in Sofia. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle and supporting our European branches.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- →Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing insights and ensuring alignment
- →Define role profiles, responsibilities, compensation, and target candidate criteria
- →Ensure timely, constructive candidate feedback and maintain strong candidate experience
- →Provide regular updates on pipelines and hiring progress
- →Maintain accurate, confidential candidate records in line with company policies
- →Prepare required recruitment reports and documentation
- →Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
