About the Role
Hive is seeking a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to join our team. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, helping them achieve success with Hive's AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the full end-to-end delivery of high-impact solutions for strategic partners
- →Resolve urgent technical customer support tickets with proactive communication
- →Drive innovation through coding and implementation to solve complex problems
- →Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence priorities
- →Build and maintain internal documentation and enablement content
- →Partner with customers to define success metrics and adoption strategies
- →Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product direction
- →Monitor usage metrics to address risks and ensure retention
- →Maintain awareness of industry best practices for data handling
- →Adhere to policies for information asset protection
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field
- ✓1+ years of software engineering experience
- ✓Prior experience supporting technical customers and iterating solutions
- ✓Proficiency in Python, Javascript/Typescript, or similar languages
- ✓Strong understanding of software architecture and API integrations
- ✓Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
- ✓Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
