About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Support Specialist to join Hiya, a company that makes calls safe, useful, and human again. This role will own the end-to-end support experience for our Strategic Operators and Enterprise Customers, ensuring excellent, timely support while helping build scalable support systems.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the full support lifecycle for Strategic Operators and Enterprise Customers
→Build and maintain support playbooks, processes, and documentation
→Identify recurring customer pain points and translate them into actionable process improvements
→Operate with autonomy in solving customer problems and escalate strategically when needed
→Navigate ambiguity in customer issues and deliver accurate solutions

Requirements

✓1–3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS environment
✓Hands-on experience with support platforms such as Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud
✓Technical aptitude to troubleshoot product issues and communicate with engineering teams
✓Demonstrated interest in or experience building support documentation, playbooks, or process improvements
✓Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity and detail
