About the Role
We are looking for an Email Marketing Intern to join &Other Stories, supporting the Email team in producing global newsletters and lifecycle emails. This is a hands-on internship providing experience in marketing automation, content production, and digital workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the build, editing and publishing of emails in our CMS/ESP (Emarsys)
- →Coordinate translations by requesting, tracking and implementing market versions
- →Assist with quality checks including links, images, layout and accuracy
- →Help maintain calendars, trackers and documentation
- →Provide general support with review packs, basic segment selections and admin tasks
Requirements
- ✓Ongoing or recent studies in marketing, digital communication, ecommerce, CRM or similar
- ✓Comfort using digital tools; any exposure to CMS/ESP systems is a plus
- ✓Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- ✓English fluency; Swedish is a plus
- ✓Structured, organized and proactive
- ✓Clear, collaborative communicators
- ✓Curious and eager to learn CRM, email marketing and digital workflows
- ✓Comfortable working in a fast-moving and changing environment
