We are seeking an experienced Fashion Designer to join our Regional Assortment team, shaping globally relevant collections through a distinctly local lens. Based at our Stockholm Head Office, this role focuses on our Equatorial markets, translating global direction into culturally attuned, commercially compelling design.
As a Designer within Regional Relevance, you will craft curated collections tailored to diverse markets, ensuring each assortment resonates with its target customer while staying true to the overarching brand vision. Working cross-functionally with both Stockholm and regional teams, you will define extended visual direction, aligning with the main collection while elevating regional storytelling.
You will co-create concept-level assortments alongside the Regional Relevance Manager and Design Lead, balancing a broad product range with impactful fashion drops and locally driven campaigns. The role also offers opportunities for international travel, from inspiration trips to supplier collaborations.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will collaborate closely with the Lead Designer and join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team of Designers, Product Developers, Planners, Pattern Makers, and a Product Manager.
We are looking for a designer who thrives in a collaborative environment—someone who brings a distinct creative handwriting while balancing strong commercial awareness. A refined understanding of global fashion trends, paired with sensitivity to local market nuances, will be key to success.

WHO YOU ARE
You are a detail-driven, trend-conscious designer with a strong fashion point of view and a deep understanding of the global womenswear landscape. You combine creativity with commercial instinct, and bring both vision and precision to your work.
We’re looking for someone who has:
• A BA/MA in Fashion or Textile Design, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years’ experience in a design role
• A background within an aspirational global brand or retailer
• International exposure (preferred)
• Strong expertise in womenswear design with exceptional attention to detail
• A sharp eye for both emerging and enduring trends
• A customer-centric mindset with strong commercial awareness
• Experience working with suppliers and factories across Asia and Europe
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (CLO 3D is a plus)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A proactive, forward-thinking approach with the ability to anticipate needs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines effectively
• Adaptability within a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry
• Experience—or a genuine interest—in mentoring junior designers
• Fluency in English
