WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an IAM Analyst, you will be leading the implementation, management, and monitoring of security measures across software, services, and IAM technology. With advanced knowledge of cybersecurity principles, you will ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of organizational assets. Together with senior stakeholders, including project and product teams, you will ensure that security is integrated into the development and operational processes. As part of a strategic security initiative, you drive the ongoing evolution of security processes, strengthen data protection efforts, and ensure that best practices are implemented across the organizationβs technology platforms and services.
You will
β’ Lead the day-to-day work of our Identity Platform team of six engineers, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and smooth delivery.
β’ Coordinate closely with IAM Operations teams, ensuring a consistent and efficient handover from engineering to implementation.
β’ Run agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and PI planning.
β’ Track and follow up on sprint and PI outcomes, create and assign Jira tasks and monitor team workload and capacity.
β’ Co-create the technical roadmap with the IAM lead to support long-term improvements across authentication, directory architecture, and governance.
β’ Contribute to key programmes, including cloud home authentication migration to Microsoft Entra ID and the decommissioning of ADFS.
β’ Support the directory modernization efforts.
β’ Drive and lead directory hygiene and governance improvements, removing unused objects and identifying architectural gaps.
β’ Coordinate audit and compliance work including documentation for PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and financial audits.
β’ Represent the team in cross-functional discussions, translating business needs into technical requirements.WHO YOUβLL WORK WITH
You will belong to our Cyber Security Architecture & Engineering team and be part of Enterprise IAM. The Identity & Access Management (IAM) organization consists of around 65 people across three teams. This role leads the Directory Engineering sub-team of six engineers and works closely with the Operations team (14β15 people).
The teamβs scope of responsibility covers aspects from managing the core directory infrastructure, supporting transformation of our journey. We are set up to provide the organization with a single point of contact for any IAM related matter within H&M.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with
β’ 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
β’ Knowledge of EntraID Connect or EntraID Connect Sync.
β’ Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex IAM ecosystems.
β’ Experience with agile ways of working including backlog management and sprint delivery.
β’ Effective communication skills, able to translate between business and technical teams.
β’ Experience in collaborating with or managing external service providers.And people who are
β’ Positive, collaborative and energizing to work with.
β’ Curious and forward-looking, open to innovative technologies and new ways of working.
β’ Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a mid-to-fast-paced environment.
