• Du steuerst in Zusammenarbeit mit Product Manager, Business Owner IT und weiteren Stakeholdern die fachliche und technische Weiterentwicklung sowie die Implementierung von Security und Compliancemaßnahmen in Microsoft 365 mit Schwerpunkt auf Defender XDR, Purview und relevanten Security und Compliance Funktionen.
• Anforderungen im Bereich M365 Security hinsichtlich Priorität, Businessnutzen und Umsetzbarkeit validieren und bündeln, offene Punkte klären und strukturiert als Epics und User Stories in ein gepflegtes Backlog überführen.
• Im Backlog sicherstellen, dass Akzeptanzkriterien definiert, gepflegt und priorisiert sind, Definition of Done und Abnahmekriterien klar sind und eine transparente Kommunikation im Team stattfindet.
• Bereichs und ressortübergreifende Sicherheitslösungen konzipieren, Architekturentscheidungen mit Stakeholdern abstimmen und einheitliche Sicherheitsstandards in der Microsoft 365 Landschaft unter Einhaltung interner und externer Vorgaben wie DORA sicherstellen.
• Du berätst Fachbereiche bei der Einführung und Optimierung von Microsoft 365 Security Lösungen, vermittelst Best Practices, führst Schulungen und Awareness Formate durch und gibst praxisnahe Handlungsempfehlungen.
