About the Role
We are looking for a curious and motivated Junior Product Developer to join our team at H&M. This role focuses on developing products for collections sold in all our markets around the world, supporting the Product Developer in creating a relevant and attractive offer for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- βWork with a collaborative accessories team to identify and develop the right assortment based on upcoming trends, customer needs and commercial insights
- βSupport the Product Developer in creating a relevant and attractive offer for our customers
- βWork closely with Product Manager, Designers, Planners and other key functions throughout the development process
- βManage several parallel tasks including sample handling and supporting the development of accessories
Requirements
- βAt least one year of experience in product development or buying in fashion
- βRelevant education in fashion, buying or product development
- βA commercial mindset with a strong drive to contribute to business growth
- βA deep understanding of the womenswear customer and a sharp eye for fashion and trends
- βA structured and organised way of working, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- βA collaborative and communicative approach, thriving in a cross functional environment
- βA curious mindset and eagerness to continuously learn and develop
- βStrong commercial thinking, with the ability to spot opportunities for growth and profitability
- βA passion for finding smarter ways of working and improving everyday tasks
