About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- →Define a long-term architectural roadmap aligned with H&M’s enterprise strategy
- →Establish architectural standards and patterns for cohesive delivery
- →Design and implement enterprise-grade automations using ServiceNow
- →Integrate ServiceNow with cloud, data, and application platforms
- →Drive adoption of scalable, secure, and resilient engineering practices
- →Act as a senior technical mentor to engineers and architects
- →Ensure performance goals, security controls, and reliability standards are embedded into designs
Requirements
- ✓12+ years in software engineering, enterprise architecture, or platform engineering
- ✓Strong architectural expertise across ServiceNow, cloud platforms, API ecosystems, and distributed systems
- ✓Broad technical knowledge spanning frontend, backend, mobile, infrastructure, and DevOps
- ✓Demonstrated ability to design scalable system architectures
