About the Role

We are looking for a Location Support Specialist / IT Support to join our team. This role involves providing hands-on technical support to end users and serving as the on-site extension of the Support Services team.

Key Responsibilities

→Act as the on-site extension of Support Services, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting
→Coordinate incidents and tech-related matters with 3rd party vendors
→Handle on-site configurations, installations, and inspections of products and services
→Offer technical assistance by troubleshooting malfunctioning software and hardware
→Document and communicate ongoing assignments, progress, and potential areas for improvement
→Handle infrastructure-specific needs, including physical checks, maintenance, and vendor management
→Provide hands-on support for end-user incidents that cannot be resolved remotely

Requirements

✓Experience in providing hardware and software diagnostics and support
✓Experience with multitasking and coordination of incidents between stakeholders
✓Service delivery and troubleshooting skills
✓Understanding of common office, store, and warehouse equipment and technologies
✓Understanding of IT infrastructure services, components, and architecture
✓Experience with ITSM and ServiceNow
✓Solution-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
✓Service-minded and self-driven
✓Strong communication skills
✓Fluent in written and spoken English & Polish
