About the Role
We are looking for an Operational Marketing Project Manager to join H&M Beauty, a dynamic and trend-driven beauty brand that complements the H&M fashion experience. This role involves managing all aspects of product launches and marketing campaigns for H&M Beauty's private label products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Overall responsibility from creative brief to launch for all H&M Beauty private label product launches and campaigns
- →Lead the creative brief to H&M Studios and support the setup of the Beauty Marketing team
- →Project manage productions in collaboration with the social and influencer team
- →Ensure all asset needs are clearly briefed and maintain a clear overview of all produced content
- →Work closely with other functions within H&M Beauty and the central marketing department
- →Manage projects and teams to deliver excellent results on time and within budget
- →Analyze timelines, project plans, and results to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in project management within marketing
- ✓Degree in marketing
- ✓Creative and problem-solving attitude
- ✓Highly motivated and capable of working independently yet collaboratively
- ✓Experience with budget planning and responsibility
- ✓Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- ✓Genuine interest in beauty, trends, and social media
