About the Role
We are looking for a Product Developer to join the H&M Group team. This role involves shaping the H&M assortment and defining strategies for product categories.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute short- and long-term strategies for product categories
- →Drive seasonal keys and act on emerging trends
- →Refine product and component strategy to drive growth and profitability
- →Drive initiatives forward with effective cross-team collaboration
- →Work closely with product manager, planner, designer, and pattern maker
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience as a Product Developer for garments, shoes, or accessories
- ✓Education in Textiles, Buying, or Product Development
- ✓Proven track record in creating strong and commercially relevant products
- ✓Keen eye for current fashion trends and strong fashion intelligence
- ✓Deep passion for products and product development
- ✓Extensive material knowledge
- ✓Driven, structured, and proactive in taking initiative
- ✓Strong salesmanship and results-oriented mindset
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Collaborative team player with a flexible attitude
- ✓Ability to identify opportunities, improvements, and efficient solutions
