About the Role
We are looking for a Product Developer with a strategic mindset and passion for fashion to join our Accessories team at H&M Womenswear. This role is based at our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take ownership of bringing the H&M Women soft accessories assortment to life
- →Work hands-on throughout the development process, identifying opportunities and shaping seasonal updates
- →Drive the work forward from idea to final product, ensuring smooth execution
- →Collaborate with product manager, planner, designer, and cross-functional teams
- →Partner with production teams and suppliers to secure quality, fit, and timely delivery
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in a similar role as Product Developer within accessories
- ✓Education in Textiles, Buying or Product Development
- ✓Proven track record in creating accessories products for the womenswear customer
- ✓Excellent insight into current fashion trends
- ✓Deep passion for product and product development
- ✓Driven, structured, and proactive
- ✓Commercial mindset with a results-oriented approach
- ✓Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
- ✓Strong ability to identify opportunities and efficient solutions
