About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Backend Software Engineers specializing in .NET development to build and enhance scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. This role involves working with .NET Core, cloud-native technologies, microservices, modern frontend frameworks, and DevOps automation while ensuring security, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

→Design, develop, and implement software solutions that align with project goals and meet quality standards.
→Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices and appropriate software design patterns.
→Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software projects.
→Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure software meets functional and performance requirements. Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback and improve code quality.
→Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues and optimize software performance.
→Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and improvements.
→Contribute to the documentation of software designs, technical specifications, and user manuals.
→Work effectively in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, estimation, and other team activities.

Requirements

✓3-6 years of hands-on experience in application development.
✓Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET, Web APIs and Microservices.
✓Strong hands-on experience in Azure in services such as App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Entra, AppInsights, Application Gateways, Storage accounts etc.
✓Strong experience in writing Unit tests, Integration tests with testing frameworks such as MS Test/N-Unit/X-Unit and use of mocking frameworks.
✓Experience working with SQL and Cosmos DB.
✓Experience working with SAFe/Scrum/Agile methodology.
✓Experience in creating and working with CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Bicep.
✓Good knowledge of Application and Cloud Security best practices
✓Excellent problem-solving skills.
✓Ability to prepare well-designed artifacts.
✓Ability to interact with business users for requirement elicitation, clarification, coordination, and explain/walkthrough solutions.
