About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join HockeyStack, a company building the agent infrastructure for enterprise revenue. You will be at the heart of shaping products that help revenue teams work more effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own product initiatives end-to-end, from idea to launch to iteration
- →Partner with design and engineering to ship products with exceptional taste and attention to detail
- →Own documentation, onboarding, rollout, usage monitoring processes
- →Assist in building the roadmap and the product development process
- →Talk to users, build deep empathy for SDRs, AEs, and marketers, and translate their needs into solutions
- →Collaborate with GTM teams to align launches with revenue impact
- →Communicate product vision across teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Ownership-first mindset — you take initiative, move fast, and figure things out
- ✓Thrive in early-stage, high-urgency environments where speed and impact matter
- ✓Fully committed to working in-person 5 days/week at our SF HQ
- ✓Curious, self-aware, and feedback-driven
- ✓5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS
- ✓Background in early-stage companies (Series A or B)
- ✓Strong product sense with taste for design and details
- ✓Ability to empathize with sales and marketing teams
- ✓Exposure to both technical and commercial sides of a business
- ✓GM-like mindset — awareness of how product connects to revenue and go-to-market
- ✓Excellent written and verbal clarity in communication
- ✓Ability to think outside the box and make nuclear changes vs. incremental improvements
