About the Role
HockeyStack is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our enterprise outbound team. This role focuses on building pipeline and driving growth across strategic accounts, bringing our new AI Agents product to market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate enterprise pipeline through strategic outbound motions across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and events.
- →Develop deep mastery of HockeyStack’s products, enterprise ICP, and value proposition.
- →Partner closely with GTM leadership, Account Executives, and cross-functional teams to book qualified meetings, progress strategic accounts, and accelerate enterprise pipeline growth.
Requirements
- ✓Fully committed to working in-person, 5 days/week at our San Francisco headquarters.
- ✓12+ months of recent experience exceeding enterprise outbound targets in B2B SaaS.
- ✓Ownership-first mindset. You take initiative, move fast, and figure things out.
- ✓Thrive in early-stage, high-urgency environments where speed and impact matter.
- ✓Upholds a high-expectation culture centered on hard work, intensity, and continuous improvement.
- ✓Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales tooling.
