About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant to join Hook, a Series A company using AI and Machine Learning to help businesses predict revenue and drive customer loyalty. You’ll play a mission-critical role in helping customers unlock value through smooth implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the full implementation lifecycle, guiding customers from kickoff to go-live
- →Act as a technical consultant, understanding customer goals and delivering configurations that maximize business value
- →Shape data for Hook’s machine learning models, working closely with the data science team
- →Run projects with precision, staying organized and prioritizing tasks to keep implementations on track
- →Meet tight 28-day implementation timelines while balancing speed with quality
- →Provide expert guidance on leveraging Hook’s features for renewal forecasting and process automation
- →Collaborate with engineering to query, clean, and analyze customer datasets with SQL
- →Capture customer feedback and work with product teams to shape Hook’s roadmap
- →Support pre-sales engagements by demonstrating technical capabilities
Requirements
- ✓Strong SQL skills with expertise in complex joins, subqueries, window functions, CTEs, and aggregations
- ✓Experience in data consulting, implementation, or customer engineering roles at a data-driven SaaS company
- ✓Curiosity and enthusiasm for data, AI, machine learning, and cloud platforms
- ✓Proven ability to manage multiple implementations in parallel with tight timelines
- ✓A detail-driven mindset with the ability to work on complex datasets and spot anomalies
