About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive, Mid-Market to help develop and close new business with mid-market Hootsuite customers within our landmark industries. This role involves working in a fast-paced sales environment, selling Hootsuite solutions to prospective customers, and collaborating with inbound lead generation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Successfully acquire new mid-market customers within our landmark industries by responding to and actioning internal leads to achieve individual quota targets.
- →Navigate sales cycles from value creation to negotiation and closing, presenting the value of our solutions to prospective customers.
- →Proactively seek out market and industry information to develop rapport with mid-market customers and recommend relevant solutions.
- →Deliver product presentations and demos to potential customers, showcasing a range of solutions that provide maximum benefit.
- →Manage, track, and report sales activities and results through Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and 6Sense.
- →Facilitate a smooth customer transition and onboarding following the close of the initial customer sale.
- →Engage and educate existing commercial customers on Hootsuite's value proposition to maximize the value of each account.
Requirements
- ✓Intermediate level experience in B2B sales or 3+ years of lead generation/business development representative experience.
- ✓Proven ability to achieve or exceed assigned quotas.
- ✓Ability to focus on client business value, return on investment, and customer solutions.
- ✓Experience crafting sales plans for your vertical/territory and building/executing on your account/territory plans.
- ✓Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
