About the Role
We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Success Manager to support high-value customers in achieving their business goals on social media using Hootsuite's products. This role involves building and maintaining influential relationships with customers, demonstrating expert-level competency in Hootsuite's product suite, and driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead day-to-day relationship management for a book of business of high-value customers, guiding them to success on their social journey with Hootsuiteβs Enterprise and partner products.
- βBuild and maintain influential relationships with customers with highly complex use cases in the assigned vertical(s).
- βCultivate and demonstrate a high level of expertise in Hootsuite's products, social media, and assigned verticals by keeping up with industry trends and best practices.
- βEngage with customers in a high-touch, multi-threaded approach, including successful onboarding, defining Mutual Account Plans, leading success reviews, value workshops, and regular check-ins.
- βActively monitor account health and adoption throughout the customer relationship, providing guidance on advancing social strategies.
- βCollaborate with Account Managers to develop account strategies and identify qualified leads for account expansion.
- βAdvocate for product features and improvements as the voice of the customer.
- βCollaborate with Customer Success teammates to meet and exceed quarterly regional targets.
- βPerform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- βSignificant years of customer-facing/account management experience, preferably in the technology (SaaS) industry.
- βFluent in both Italian and English.
- βSolid knowledge of social media and/or social marketing and business use of social media.
- βTech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and explain software features and social media concepts to customers.
- βCustomer Focus: Demonstrates a desire to proactively help and serve internal/external customers.
- βCollaboration and Teamwork: Works with others to deliver results, meaningfully contributing to the team.
- βOpen Communication: Clearly conveys thoughts, both written and verbally, listening attentively and asking questions for clarification and understanding.
