About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager - Builder Experience to join Hostinger Horizons, our AI-powered no-code product creation platform. In this role, you will own the core builder experience, focusing on workflows, features, and capabilities that enable users to turn ideas into real applications.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn the core builder workflow, from idea creation to launching working applications
- βIdentify and solve the biggest usability and product experience challenges
- βTranslate user needs and product strategy into clear product requirements
- βScope and prioritize product initiatives based on customer value and business impact
- βConduct user research and analyze product usage data to understand user behavior
- βWork closely with design and engineering to deliver intuitive and powerful product experiences
- βContinuously improve the speed, reliability, and usability of the builder environment
- βMonitor customer feedback and community discussions to identify opportunities for improvement
- βStay up to date with AI, developer tooling, and no-code trends to keep Horizons at the frontier
Requirements
- βDemonstrates strong product thinking and user empathy
- βHas a proven track record of delivering high-quality product experiences
- βIs comfortable making decisions using data, research, and customer feedback
- βCan translate complex user problems into simple and elegant product solutions
- βHas strong prioritization and product strategy skills
- βCollaborates effectively with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams
- βCommunicates clearly and effectively in English
- βHas experience building products that enable users to create other products, tools, or workflows (a strong plus)
- βHas technical understanding of AI/software/web technologies (a strong plus)
