We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager to help us sustain and accelerate this momentum. In this role, you’ll own growth across the product - from activation and retention to monetization and expansion. You’ll work at the intersection of product, data, experimentation, and strategy, identifying the highest-impact opportunities and turning them into experiments that drive measurable business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with highly skilled engineers, designers, QA specialists, marketers, and analysts to ensure product decisions are rooted in data, customer insights, and measurable impact. Connect with your team: Dainius Kavoliūnas, Head of Product Your day-to-day • Identify and prioritize the highest-impact growth opportunities across the product funnel • Own growth metrics such as activation, retention, conversion, and monetization • Design and run structured experiments to continuously improve the product experience • Translate product strategy into clear requirements backed by data and research • Scope and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and customer insights • Define and monitor KPIs and growth dashboards to ensure visibility and transparency • Conduct user research and analyze behavioral data to understand customer needs • Partner closely with marketing and customer success to improve acquisition, retention, and satisfaction • Monitor the AI, no-code, and SaaS landscape to identify emerging growth opportunities • Continuously optimize the product through data analysis, experimentation, and rapid iteration Your skills and experience • Has a proven track record of driving product growth through experimentation and data-driven decisions • Is comfortable working with metrics, funnels, KPIs, and experimentation frameworks • Has experience managing the full product lifecycle in fast-moving environments • Can translate business goals into structured product strategies and experiments • Has experience aligning cross-functional teams around measurable outcomes • Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Takes ownership and thrives in high-accountability environments • Communicates clearly and effectively in English Benefits for you • 🚀 360 Growth: We provide limitless learning opportunities: access to platforms like Reforge and Scribd, global conferences, physical and digital libraries, feedback culture, and mentoring through TesoXchange.
