About the Role
We are looking for a Contract Manager at HubSpot to handle customer contracts and ensure accurate resolution of inquiries. This role focuses on managing customer renewals and maximizing customer investment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Negotiate value-driven renewals and contract changes
- →Work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders
- →Lead customer calls (approx 42 a month)
- →Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Customer Success Managers
- →Establish cooperative working relationships with customers
- →Lead forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews
- →Contribute to the growth of the Contract Management Organization
Requirements
- ✓Fluency in English and French
- ✓Healthy negotiation or sales experience
- ✓Passion for creating a great customer experience

- ✓Prior account management and/or customer retention experience
