About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join HubSpot's Marketing Creative team. This role involves translating ideas into high-impact visual work for our global brand, working closely with Social and Communications teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.
Key Responsibilities
- →Translate complex ideas and stories into high-quality visual assets for social, communications, and integrated marketing campaigns
- →Partner closely with Social and Communications stakeholders to translate campaign goals into compelling creative
- →Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and creative teammates to bring concepts from idea to execution
- →Maintain visual consistency across assets while adapting designs for different channels and audiences
- →Manage multiple projects at once, balancing timelines, feedback, and priorities
- →Incorporate stakeholder feedback thoughtfully and iterate quickly
- →Explore and apply creative AI tools to improve workflows, experimentation, or creative output
Requirements
- ✓At least 2 years of full-time professional experience in a graphic design role
- ✓A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design work across digital channels
- ✓Experience working with cross-functional partners and strong stakeholder management skills
- ✓Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
- ✓Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- ✓Ability to translate feedback and briefs into polished, on-brand creative
- ✓A curiosity for creative AI and interest in how emerging tools can enhance design work
