About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Contract Manager to join HubSpot's Strategic Accounts team. This role involves managing customer contracts, handling inquiries and renewals, and maximizing customer investment. You will work with our highest-paying customers to ensure a positive experience throughout the contract renewal process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Negotiate value-driven renewals and contract changes while ensuring a superb customer experience.
- →Work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders to grow accounts and drive incremental opportunities.
- →Collaborate with Sales Representatives, Customer Success Managers, Management and Legal teams to execute the contract renewal process.
- →Establish cooperative working relationships with customers.
- →Lead forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews with internal colleagues.
- →Contribute to the growth of the Contract Management Organization by providing feedback and piloting new processes.
- →Mentor less experienced Contract Managers.
- →Contribute to strategic initiatives within Contract Management and Customer Success.
- →Improve forecast accuracy and consistency.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in contract or renewal management
- ✓Experience working with Legal teams to manage complex contract specifications
- ✓Experience working with large organizations (200+ employees)
- ✓Passion for creating a great customer experience
- ✓Ability to consistently over-perform versus targets
- ✓Strong negotiation and communication skills
- ✓Prioritization and organizational skills with attention to detail
- ✓Ability to work autonomously and strategically
