About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Contract Manager to join HubSpot's Strategic Accounts team. This role involves managing complex renewals and commercial outcomes for HubSpot's highest-paying customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and lead complex renewal and contract negotiations for strategic customers
- →Partner with Strategic Account customers to understand their goals and align contracts to business value
- →Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success Managers, Legal, and senior stakeholders to execute renewals
- →Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and lead pipeline reviews
- →Deliver best-in-class service to enterprise customers
- →Mentor and support other Contract Managers
- →Contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Fluency in German and English
- ✓5+ years of experience in contract management, renewals, or SaaS commercial role
- ✓Experience managing complex contracts and working with Legal teams
- ✓Proven success working with large enterprise organizations
- ✓Strong negotiation skills with a value-based approach
- ✓Experience owning forecasts and renewal pipelines
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- ✓Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced setting
- ✓Experience partnering with senior stakeholders
- ✓Background in Strategic Accounts or enterprise Customer Success
