Key Responsibilities
- →Tackle cross-product problems and define, design, and steward experiences that span the entire platform
- →Bring systems thinking to craft by shaping, evolving, and contributing to our design systems
- →Leverage and shape AI features by ideating, designing, and experimenting with AI and automation
- →Collaborate and lead across functions with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and Content Designers
- →Measure and iterate for real impact by defining success metrics and iterating relentlessly
- →Foster a bold, inclusive culture by elevating team craft, mentoring others, and sharing feedback
